What is a digital gallery?
A digital gallery is a secure online space where you can view and select your photos. All you need is a computer or smart device and an email to access and download your photos.

How do I book a session?
Simply contact us and we can check our availability and start planning your session from there.

How can I pay for my session?
We offer various payment methods, including direct debit, credit card, PayPal, and cash.

Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we have several options for payment plans. We offer interest-free payment plans, direct debit, and the ability to pay off your session leading up to the date.

Do you provide a USB?
Some packages include a USB, but if not, you can purchase a timber USB for $35.

Are you safe to work with children and newborns?
Yes, I am safe to work with children and newborns. I have my positive notice to work with children and have completed all necessary safety training and vaccinations.

What happens if either of us is sick?
If either of us is sick, it is best to reschedule the session until we are both healthy and well. If it's a wedding I have an amazing team I can lean on to help

Do you give or sell raw files?
No, we do not provide raw files. We edit all the successful images from the session, and you can choose the high-resolution images you would like from your gallery.

Can I print my own photos?
Yes, once you receive the non-watermarked high-resolution photos, you can print them wherever you like.

Do you offer printed products?
Yes, we offer printed products. Please check out our packages and print options.

What are the deposits for each session?
Portrait Sessions deposit is 50% with the remaining due 24 hours prior to the session. For weddings, the deposit is $300, with the remaining due 2 weeks before the wedding.

Is travel included?
Our prices include travel from the Gold Coast to the Sunshine Coast and out to Toowoomba. If you require services outside of this region, please contact us for a specialised quote.

What if I can't make it on the scheduled day?
If you can't make it to the session, please contact us to reschedule. We will do our best to accommodate alternative options. However, if you are a no-show, your deposit will be forfeited.

Can I share my photos online?
You can share your photos online, but we only share photos that you give us permission to share. The photos we shared will be watermarked, and you can choose to share the watermarked images or wait until you receive the non-watermarked images.

How many images do you edit?
The number of images we edit varies depending on the session, but on average, we edit around 100-150 photos per hour.

How long does it take to finish editing my photos/videos?
Portrait sessions, the editing process takes about 14 days. For weddings photography and video it takes 4-8 weeks.

What if I need more of the reception covered?

Do you have a special sparkler exit, fireworks or really want to cover more of the dancing and celebration? We can stay longer. Coverage beyond the end of the first open-floor dance (that is when the dance floor opens up to all your guests to boogie the night away) is $440per hour.

What if I don't want to have an engagement photo shoot?

That's okay you don't have to have one. It's complimentary and there if you do want to get some nice photos before you get married.
